Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: March 7, 2026 — We stand behind our chaos.
1. The Short Version
If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — we fix it. No runaround, no “have you tried turning it off and on again.” Contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements for:
- Damaged items — Arrived torn, stained, or looking like it survived a kitchen fire.
- Defective printing — Colors wrong, design misaligned, blank where there should be chaos.
- Wrong item — You ordered a mug and got socks. These things happen.
- Wrong size — If the size chart led you astray, we will work with you.
3. Not Eligible for Returns
Because these are made-to-order printed products:
- Change of mind — “I showed my partner and they said no.” We understand, but we can’t take it back.
- Buyer’s remorse — You knew what you were getting into.
- Items washed/worn/used — Once deployed in the wild, it’s yours.
Each product is printed on demand specifically for you. We don’t keep warehouse stock, which is why we can’t accept returns on items that arrived as described.
4. How to Request a Return
Email hello@snackhole.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (damaged area, wrong item, etc.)
- What you’d prefer: replacement or refund
We respond within 48 hours. Usually faster, unless Chef Snackhole is having a day.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Replacements are reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives looking like it was used as a football, that’s on the carrier — but it’s our problem to solve. Send us a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement, no questions asked.
