Shipping Policy

• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $25 or more.
• Flat Rate Shipping of $5.99 for orders under $25.
• Destinations: checkout currently accepts the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Customs duties and import taxes may apply to international orders.

Delivery estimates include the time to prepare your items and ship them to your address.

• Preparation time varies by item. Your delivery estimate reflects the products and destination in your order.
• Separate packages. Items in the same order may arrive separately. Tracking details are sent as each package ships.
• Order confirmation: You’ll receive an email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Production and transit times depend on the item, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier. Some all-over garments and accessories ship from overseas. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

We do not promise one delivery window for every product. Your shipping confirmation includes tracking so you can follow each package. If you need an item for a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to obsessively refresh the tracking page every 20 minutes. We don’t judge.

Different products may be made at different Printful facilities and shipped separately. A second package does not mean Chef forgot the first one.
