Shipping Policy

• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $25 or more (US domestic).
• Flat Rate Shipping of $5.99 for orders under $25 (US domestic).
• International Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

All Snackhole merch is made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Here’s what that means:

• Production time: 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Each item is printed, inspected, and packed individually.
• No warehoused inventory. Every item is made fresh when you order it. This means no mass-produced garbage—but it also means you wait a few days.
• Order confirmation: You’ll receive an email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

After production is complete:

• US Standard: 3–7 business days
• US Express: 2–4 business days (where available)
• Canada: 6–12 business days
• Europe: 6–12 business days
• Rest of World: 8–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping carriers occasionally lose their minds (and your package). We’ll help you sort it out if that happens.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to obsessively refresh the tracking page every 20 minutes. We don’t judge.

Items from The Furnace (our limited drop system) are available for a set time window only. Once the timer expires, the design is burned and cannot be purchased again. Drop items ship under the same fulfillment and delivery timeline as all other merch.
